1. Introduction

Welcome to 8kbe, an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Bangladesh. 3. Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible user may open one (1) account on the 8kbe platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 8kbe reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• Provide a valid mobile number and email address that you own and have sole access to.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8kbe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your negligence.

• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is not permitted under any circumstances.

8kbe may suspend or permanently close an account where it reasonably suspects that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. Any pending withdrawal requests on a suspended account may be held pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8kbe supports a range of local payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions conducted through the platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method. Please check the cashier section for current limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, subject to verification.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 8kbe offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and must be turned over (wagered) the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on the 8kbe platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or third parties to cheat or gain an unfair edge in any game.

7. Intellectual Property
